Comments:
My son, Robert McLaughlin who lives in Aloha, OR., has a trophy winning 1977 Mustang Cobra 2. The plastic gas tank developed a leak. I suggested he take home my CoolChem repair kit. CoolChem came through again. CoolChem sealed the leak instantly. Finding a new tank and removing the old tank is a major job. CoolChem saved hours of hunting for a new tank and hours more to make a the replacement let alone the cost of a new gas tank. I used CoolChem on several items on my 1973 Mustang convert during restoration. CoolChem made the repairs invisible. A really great product. A small drop does wonders for a permanent repair. Both cars were displayed in the largest Mustang show in the US in July held in Bellevue, WA. Both received first place trophy's in their class. Merle McLaughlin, Everett, Washington.

RAILROAD CITY

To: CoolChem Adhesives

Hello, I used your Cool Chem Cyanopoxy system to construct this
entire city, which was shown in the October O Gauge Railroading
Magazine. The layout was cover and featured article for the magazine in
the June and August issues. Your product is the best adhesive that I
have used both in the model railroading hobby and in general household
repairs. The results are permanent, very neat, and easy to use. I found
no significant heat, odor, or problematic fumes. The containers always
seem ready to function, where as most adhesives are hard or plugged up
if they have been idle for a week or two. The pressurized spray
activator is the most efficient and accurate activator on the market.
Thanks for a great product! The York TCA Train show occurs in October
and in April. If you display there, you should set up in the new
hall(the Orange hall)--this hall will attract the type of individual
most likely building a layout.

Our Cyanopoxy is helping many professionals, Check it out!

My Partner and I are NHRA Racers and we were introduced to your products at the Syracuse Nationals a couple of years ago. We had some sample products that we used on many Car applications and would like to have a source for purchasing your product I would appreciate any literature, products and pricing that may now be available. Thank You: R.J.Bodek Sr.

We are using the system and it has substantially increased the torque
required to dissasemble our parts. As we take orders for different
assemblies requiring plastic to plastic bonding, we plan to test and compare
CoolChem vs the current epoxies.
By the way, here's how we heard about CoolChem...
One of our guys in Production was watching a car or racing show (TNN or ESPN
?)and saw an ad, so we checked it out.
Thanks

SPECIAL GIFT FOR HER MOM!

CoolChemist Clettus, AKA, stickyfingers
The World Head Quarters feels a little empty at the moment. Many people are on route or stationed in Terra Haute, IN for the ATPA event this weekend. We are proud sponsors of the Tractor Pulling Events touring the nation. We are going for a pulling record. Pully is locked, loaded and ready to make his run down the track! Good luck, we are with you man!

Miguel took an order today and learned a new way to use CoolChem for bonding. This guy took his daughter to the beach and collected shells. The little girl used the shells, a wooden picture frame, and her dad’s help to make a special gift for her mom. They had a family picture taken at the beach that matches the colors of the shells. Now all the ladies in her mom’s office rave over the picture that sets on her desk.

I took a call from a man that had a failure with chrome plated plastic application. His quote was " It worked with every else I have tried, but I am having trouble... I let him know that he would have to sand/steelwool the chrome off and get down to the original material to make a bond to it, same thing with metal. Then he will need to wipe the surface, apply the 311 to the plastic (you don’t use the 311 on metals), let it dry, and then apply the 75 & 310 using the precision technique. I am hoping to hear back from him soon.
Clettus signing off for today.

9-11 Memorial

Tuesday, August 26, 2003

Hello. My family has been an avid user of your product ever since being introduced to it at the 2002 World Championships of Wildfowl Carving in Ocean City, MD. We are world-class artists and this year won the most coveted award of "People's Choice" by a landslide vote. The carving was of a nine eleven theme with two eaglets being pushed from the rubble by an unfurling American flag. There was a rendition of a fireman's helmet and an NYPD badge in the rubble. It was an interpretive piece finished in oil paints. It was a landslide winner by the general public for Best in Show. We used YOUR product to make it possible. The piece is destined for the 9-11 memorial in NYC. I am attaching a picture of the piece. It will be featured in the Wildfowl Carving magazine in the August issue by the Ward Foundation In Salisbury, MD. The piece will reside in the Tawes Museum in Crisfield, MD until transfer can be worked out to NYC. Our story is quite an interesting one since I was stricken with cancer three years ago, died, could not hold a paint brush and three years later won the top award in the world for the art.

WOOD FUSION ADHESIVE BY COOLCHEM

WOOD FUSION ADHESIVE BY COOLCHEM
www.coolchem.com

Do you want a quick fix for Dry rot without the high expense of ripping the wood out and replacing the damage ends of pieces of  wood ?
The wood decay caused  by certain species of fungi that digest parts of the wood  which give the wood strength and stiffness. It was previously used to describe any decay of cured wood en ships and buildings by a fungus which resulted in a darkly colored deteriorated and cracked condition. Our new penetrant when applied converts the affected areas to a hybrid wood/plastic stopping the decay creating a strong wood plastic hybrid material.
CoolChem has done it again, we are introducing two need product to impregnate the damaged wood stopping the decay dead in its tracks converting the decayed wood to a wood/plastic hybid, and a gel to fill in missing pieces or filling cracks to give you that smooth beautiful finish instead the untreated decayed wood.
This simple and fast process will allow you to repair your window frames, door jambs, frames and wood parts. Without expensive replacement of your wood ( window $ door frames). We have used this technology for 3D printed models to increase strength and durability beyond expectations, now we are offering this unique technology to our CoolChem  network of customers and distributors.
Simply apply the penetrant to the affected area of the wood, let penetrate be absorb and re-apply penetrate to maximize penetration in the wood and conversion process. If Damage is severe and you have large gaps or missing piece, you can apply the new gap filling gel( forming to shape) to replace the missing pieces or gaps. Smooth and  mold the gel to fill gap or match missing  parts or pieces of the wood. To speed curing apply the CoolChem activator and  let cure.  After cure you can sand and paint or sand and polish.
I have used this process on my deck door and window frames experiencing great success, and wanted to share this with you. Please come visit our site for videos, pics, information  see above.
